Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your e-mail boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your e-mail boxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox you wish to redirect messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
